I could not put this book down. Really one of my favourite books of all time. The book follows multiple protagonists and I found all of them interesting. Both political and social, the book gives an excellent commentary on our society, painted against the backdrop of Mars colonisation. The action is brisk and keeps you thirsty for more. Even a week on from finishing reading this, I'm still thinking about this book, which is a great sign. The one minus point was that there was a lot of focus on geology, which was lost on me because I don't know the terminology. But not even that will make this book lose a point, because it's actually a 6/5.
